Privacy
Property information should stay connected to the property file.
This page explains the current application design for seller information, uploads, portal access and transaction records.
Information collected
SellToDarren may collect property address and characteristics, seller contact information, sale-related preferences, uploaded property photos or documents, portal login/session data, and transaction-document status.
How the information is used
Information is used to evaluate the property, communicate about the property, operate the Seller Portal, manage uploads and documents, coordinate transaction steps, and support the valuation/automation workflow.
Service providers and automation
Property data may be processed by infrastructure, geocoding, workflow automation, document-signing, title/closing, communications or other service providers used to operate the transaction. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the service.
Security
The portal uses access credentials and server-side sessions. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website path and are served only to the authenticated property session. Production deployment should use HTTPS, backups, access logging, rate limiting and least-privilege credentials.
Retention
Property and transaction records may need to be retained for operational, legal, tax, compliance or dispute-resolution purposes. A final production retention schedule should be approved before public launch.
